The 36 en-suite rooms are made up of singles, doubles, twins and suites. All rooms have balconies, and are equipped with satellite TV, desk, minibar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries and tea and coffee. The suites are more spacious, and have two balconies and a living room. The restaurant serves Ethiopian food and a selection of international dishes; business lunches and themed parties can be arranged.

The lobby bar offers coffee and alcoholic beverages; the terrace bar has draught beer, cocktails, snacks and a TV showing international sporting events and news; the rooftop bar is open all night and has music and views of the city. The Ethiopian coffee ceremony is performed when requested. The conference hall accommodates 100 pax, and is equipped with audio and visual equipment; catering can be arranged for conferences, meetings and workshops. Wifi is available throughout the hotel.
