The 114 en-suite rooms are made up of standard, superior, studio and suite. All rooms have satellite TV, minibar, Wifi and balcony. The studios are more spacious and have Jacuzzis; the 5 suites include a living room, dressing room and workspace. Interconnecting rooms for families and rooms with disabled access are available. The restaurant serves dishes from around the world. The cultural restaurant is adorned with Ethiopian art, serves traditional Ethiopian food and has cultural performances. Skyline Bar and Lounge has great views and live music.

The spa is the largest in Addis, and has men’s and women’s sections including steam rooms, saunas, Moroccan baths, salon, barber and comprehensive menu of treatments. The gym has cardio machines and strength training equipment, and a selection of classes including spinning, dancing and Tai Kwando. The swimming pool has training lanes and a sunbathing deck. The conference centre comprises 9 halls, each named after a famous African person or place, that can accommodate between 20 and 800 pax.
