About Magnolia Hotel, Addis Ababa

Established in 2017, Magnolia Hotel is centrally located in Addis, opposite the European Union. Several trees grow through the hotel and have been incorporated into its design.

The 86 en-suite rooms are made up of standard, deluxe, junior suites, executive suites, an ambassador suite, and interconnecting rooms for families. All rooms have safe, minibar, kettle, iron, AC and an interactive TV system on which guests can access guest services, watch TV and use the internet. Suites are more spacious and have sofa, Jacuzzi and balcony.

The restaurant’s menu includes slow cooked fish goulash, teriyaki chicken, three cheese lasagne, tilapia burger and chickpea burger; there’s also a pizza oven and shawarma grill. The coffee bar has a wide selection of cakes. Magtree Bar, with trees growing through it, has a large selection of local and imported beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and has candle night, jazz night and piano night.

The swimming pool is heated and has a lifeguard. The spa, adorned with rose petals, offers massage, body scrub, sauna, steam and a selection of beauty treatments. The gym has Cubex fitness machines and a trainer. The conference centre has 3 fully equipped rooms that can seat 20, 250 and 450 pax.
