Best Western Plus is located in the prestigious Bole neighbourhood of Addis. The 160 en-suite rooms on 9 floors are made up of standard, delux, twin and corner suites. All rooms have aircon, phone, desk, safe, kettle and balcony; their bathrooms have phone, hair dryer, toiletries and both rain shower and standard shower. The delux rooms are larger and have views of the gardens. The corner suites have bedroom, larger bathroom, sitting room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table, and two balconies.
The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner. Ferenssaye Legasseion Bar serves a selection of international drinks, pastries and snacks. Jan Meda Bar on the rooftop has big screens, well-stocked bar and great views. The spa has steam room, sauna and massage rooms. The gym has exercise machines, weights and TVs. The conference centre comprises 1 boardroom and 3 meeting rooms, the largest of which is called Lucy and can hold 110 pax. The hotel offers airport pickups and a concierge service.
