The flagship property of the Haile Resorts, Haile Resort Arba Minch, opened in 2018.

The 107 en-suite rooms all have either Grand View or Mountain View, and are made up of standard, twin, suite, family rooms and presidential suite. The rooms are equipped with superior resort facilities including Wifi, Restaurants include the Traditional Restaurant, VIP Restaurant, Sholla Grill and the open air Hawassa Breeze, while bars comprise the Sunset Wine Bar, Beach Bar, Lobby Bar and Sport Lounge.
