In the Bole district of Addis, Hotel Siyonat is conveniently located for business travellers and tourists alike.

The 40 en-suite rooms comprise twins, doubles and junior suites. All rooms have cream and gold furnishing, and are furnished with desk, TV, fridge, intercom telephone, and toiletries. The junior suites are more spacious, and have a living area with sofa and coffee table, and a kitchen bar with microwave and fridge. The restaurant, on the ground floor, serves Ethiopian cuisine and dishes from around the world, including buffalo wings, Siyonat beef chilli, southern fried chicken, fish and chips, and soups, salads and pastas.

The reception, in shades of brown and gold, has a concierge service, and sells fair trade coffee. The health club incorporates a spa, with sauna and steam room, and massage, and a well equipped the gym. The conference hall can accommodate from 10 to 100 pax.
